THE SUPER
A week ago several Young Voices reporters had the opportunity to sit down with Superintendent of Waterbury Public Schools, Dr. David Snead. They interviewed him for an hour and half about the dress code, truancy, the 2000 students who are repeating the same grade and the drop out rate in Waterbury. Those stories will be featured in the first issue of Young Voices due out early August. The picture above was taken the day before that meeting just after the First Lady visited Driggs School in Waterbury. The Superintendent is pictured with Debra and Josh. Below the Superintendent with the reporters in his boardroom at Waterbury Public School's headquarters in the Chase Building downtown.
